The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business
We charge per job but that includes a man-hour limit.
Eg-1: If you book a standard clean that has a max cleaning time of 3 man-hours and it takes our team 2.5 man-hours we will pack and leave at completion of the job. (There are no partial refunds if our cleaners can finish the job before the maximum cleaning time)
Eg-2: If you book a standard clean that has a max cleaning time of 3 man-hours and it takes our team 3.5 man-hours because the property was dirtier or larger than claimed you will be contacted at the 2 man-hour mark to either tell us what to focus on in the remaining time or to sign off on to additional time charged at $60 per hour
Yes, you can cancel a plan.
However, the prices on the plans are calculated using 3 months of appointments
This means if you buy a weekly cleaning plan that comes to $179.99 a week for 12 weeks and cancel any time after the first week you will be charged the difference on any appointments that received a discount.
Eg: if you buy a weekly cleaning plan that comes to $179.99 a week for 12 weeks and cancel any time after the 3rd week you will be charged the difference of the discount of $60.01 x 3 = $180.03
We provide an appointment reminder and Our cleaners have to try to contact you via Phone + Email + Doorbell/Buzzer. They will stay outside your property until 10 minutes after your requested start time and if they still can not reach you in the allotted time they will go to the next job and you will have missed your appointment leading to a cancelation and no refund.
